Apache Flex 4.10.0 release needs your vote!

Hi,

I'd like to see a few of the committer try out the new release candidate. 

Even if you can't spare the time to compile by hand, review the README or RLEASE_NOTES, give the installer a go to create a new SDK and try it out with a couple of old projects.
