DB pool cannot survive DB outage

Summary: DB pool cannot survive DB outage
           Product: James
           Version: 2.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: James Core
        AssignedTo: james-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sergek@lokitech.com

The hacked mordred DB pooler in James right now cannot handle the DB server
being unavailable (like a reboot). The workaround is to reboot James, and then
everything should be fine.
