[Cassandra Resource Impl] Read/Write with Access Control

Hi Ian,
I am starting this thread to keep track on $subject.
Since I verified that the current implementation works fine with the
SNAPSHOT sling OSGI environment, I am starting to implement the rest of
this project.

To start with
- READ with access controll.
- then WRITE with access controll.

Would appreciate any input on how to proceed on this
(design/implementation) and any references to follow.
