Select colours using words

It would be great if we could have this feature just like Thunderbird has:
One while selecting the fonts colour could also type: green, yellow, red, blue,
etc. to select the colour more easily.

Maybe adding a listbox (like the formatting toolbar of draw and impress have)
to the color pickers? There you can type the colour name; but there is a little
problem with at the moment:

Type G it jumps to the first colour beginning with G. If this is some "Grey"
then typing R as next it will jump to the next "Grey", Typing E jumps also to
the next "Grey" ...

... but now E let it jump to the next "Green" in the list.
