Missing tests on Windows

Some new tests have been added recently (export and autoprops) but I
don't seem to get them when running tests on Windows. Presumably they
just need to be added to win-tests.py, unless they were intentionally
not added?

Just to clarify, by 'them' I mean the export tests. :-)

I didn't intentionally forget to add them to the Windows test script... I
didn't realize that Windows had it's own setup. I assumed that it used the
same framework as all the other platforms.

If you'd like to add it, go right ahead. Otherwise, I'll do it when I get to
committing some of this other stuff.

I have to change win-tests.py to get the list of testcases from
build.conf, anyway. Been procrastinating again. You have a perfect
chance to make me feel guilty by fixing win-tests.py yourself. :-)
