What are these {{lucene-deprecations.txt}} files? Please, let's not add such text files.

I agree with making concrete pull requests (e.g. a big one for "the easy stuff" is fine). But some things are more complicated (e.g. the expressions one, I disagree 100% with the approach here). 

So I don't want changes rushed in, same concerns I had as before.
