Notification on running Storm Command Line Client (like kill/activate/rebalance)

Hello ,

Is there any *way to get some notification in spout or bolt when some
action is done* over the running topology using the Storm CLI commnads.

*In my use case I want the spout to call some special function on call to
next tuple just after or when I run the de-activate command.*
