[ANN][Axis2] Axis2 training courses

There is now a 4-day detailed Axis2 training course available. This is
a commercial course offered by SkillsMatter.

The course is purely technical and the aim is that attendees will have
a thorough and deep knowledge of the Apache Axis2 framework at the end
of the course.

In the interests of disclosure I should say I am running the first two
courses and that I hope to be paid too!
