[jira] [Commented] (HBASE-9585) Update javadoc builder in pom to exclude empty packages in user api javadoc

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-9585?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13772384#comment-13772384 ]

Jonathan Hsieh commented on HBASE-9585:
---------------------------------------

There is a bug in maven's javadoc plugin or in javadoc it self that makes it so that I cannot exclude o.a.h.h.mapred (which at the moment we want) without excluding o.a.h.h.mapreduce (which we don't want).

> There are many packages that have no apis exposed but are present in the javadoc after the @InterfaceAudience.Public apis. Make them go away.
