   This PR improves and fixes the endpoint for reporting anomalies.
   
   - Add current/predicted values for reported anomalies
   - Have “modified” in the reported anomalies.
   - An endpoint to delete the reported anomalies
   - Bugfix to show reported anomalies on the home dashboard and RCA

   Good point. I think Xiaohui already added a 'createdTime' for all anomalies. Thanks.
