parent member is not set under -DONE_PROCESS

When running with -DONE_PROCESS the struct at 
ap_scoreboard_image->parent[0] is all zeros. So for example when trying 
to debug an application which uses the scoreboard struct's parent 
member, things go wrong. I can see the same behavior in 1.x and 2.x 
scoreboards via mod_status, which displays 0 for PID. Any reason for not 
setting this entry under -DONE_PROCESS/-X?
