In order for PXF to start feeling like a standalone component it would be great if we could create a command line client along the lines of hadoop fs ... CLI.

A related benefit here is a much crisper articulation of PXF APIs in code (something that is currently pretty difficult to untangle from the only PXF client that exists -- HAWQ's own C stub)
