> The purpose of this patch is to correct the behavior of the tag "disable-if-empty" in menus. Indeed in certain cases it happens that the value defines in "disable-if-empty" is present in the context but with no valuee. In this case the menu item is shown  while it should be masked. This patch corrects it by testing if emptie and without value.
