Problems with JIRA

I'm having trouble with JIRA today. When I try to create an issue I get
a red dialog with something like:

com.atlassian.jira.util.RuntimeIOException: java.io.IOException: read
past EOF

The issue is nonetheless created, but is missing a bunch of buttons:
there's no 'start progress', 'resolve' or 'workflow'.

Is anyone else having similar problems?

I havent created any JIRAs, but I also dont see the resolve buttons on
QPID-4200.

Have either of you checked with infra to report it / see if they are
already working on it?

I didn't create it, but QPID-4200 is missing the resolve buttons as well.
