Summary: white space in user name
Product: Apache httpd-2.0
Version: 2.0.54
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: mod_auth
AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: roman@cyber.ee
When user authenticates himself with a name and includes a trailing white
space in it, apache uses skips white space and authentication succeeds.
However, %{REMOTE_USER} still contains that trailing space.
Might be mod_auth_ldap bug only. Haven't checked with other auth modules
