ask for help

i am a newuser and  want to ask for all user a
question
i download and configure soap server and xerces
successlly.
but everytime i run deploy command in the sample
program,
the machine always say:
noclassdef org.apache.xerces.framework.xmlparser
why?
even through i copy such class and create fremework
subdirectory.
This also happen.
please help me solve these question and teach me how
run the sample.

At first i use apache tomcat
now i use ibm websphere.
i do every step according to the install guide file
downloaded which including put xerces.jar is at the
beginning of your CLASSPATH.
But whether i use tomcat or websphere i come across
the same problem :everytime i run deploy command in
the sample program,the machine always say: noclassdef
org.apache.xerces.framework.xmlparse.
please help me.
