no build file
At the trunc root directory, I typed
maven build
and I got
WARNING: No pom file was found, assuming default settings!

Where do I get the build file for the wsrp4j?

Please make sure you check-out the code from the repository properly...
POM.xml should be present in the root directory. You can check this @
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/portals/wsrp4j/trunk
