The c|net reporter has promised not to cite me/you or Apache for 
the source of any story on you know who.

However, he (Nick Wingfield, nickw@cnet.com) would like to hear the stories
from those directly involved in this. Please mail him directly. He needs
the info ASAP.

If nobody sends him the info, the the story is likley to fall flat, so you
have that option too.
