There is a new flakyness which looks like below

java.lang.IllegalStateException: missing root document

while it shows up on modifiedResetWithDiff it is likely introduced by unmergedCommitOnRoot.

excluding also the second flavour of unmergedCommitOnRoot for RDB for now
