Here's a description of the problem:

"my email address changed from lbasso@regione.emilia-romagna.it to luca.basso@regione.emilia-romagna.it"

...and when this user tries to unregister from user@manifoldcf.apache.org using ezmlm, he cannot do it.

How is this supposed to be done?
