[ANNOUNCE] Release Apache RocketMQ Spring 2.2.2

Hi all,

The Apache RocketMQ team would like to announce the release of Apache RocketMQ Spring 2.2.2.

This release will be aligned with RocketMQ Client 4.9.3 and upgrade to Spring version. In addition, this release fixes some important bugs and make some enhancement.

This release will put the rocketmq-spring dependency into the maven central repository and allow users to use it directly in the POM file.
