ghost mails

hi

i have a question regarding ghost mails when fetchpop fetches the mails
from any external MTA or mail server then the local server handles them
and in the SpoolManager it shows tghe status of some as GHOST or SPAM or
TRANSPORT y does it delete the GHOST mails how to ensure that they doesn't
get deleted.

Please suggest
