sending mails from subdomains

Hi,
I am trying to send mails from one hisp subdomain to another hisp subdomain
using apache james server. I was able to add subdomains to the main domain
but i was not able to send mails from subdomains. can anyone help me in this
issue.

Hi,
You don't really send mails from a domain, you send mails from a user 
(which belongs to a domain).

Subdomain doesn't exist. If they have different name, they are 
different, but not put in a hierarchy.
