There's a lot of pent-up fixes there, I'll run a release tonight unless I
hear an objection. I see no reason to wait for other fixes.

grrr, I wanted to do that for such a long time, I have also been using
the snapshot ever since I fixed MPDF-36 (almost 3 years ago!).
Unfortunately, I still have no time to help but you'll have my +1 for
a release!
