Description:
According to JSTL 1.0 docs (ch 6.1.1) the "items" attribute of a "forEach" tag can contain a comma-separated String (applies also to new JSTL version of J2EE 1.4). This was not implemented. Patch provided, needs an upgrade of the dependency to commons-lang to version 2.0.
