[jira] [Commented] (METRON-808) Amazon EC2 deployment fails at Expanding Volume Step

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON-808?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15947152#comment-15947152 ]

shriram commented on METRON-808:
--------------------------------

Variable {{vol_src}} is not being properly passed from check-volume.yml to expand-volume.yml. Manually edit expand-volume.yml and replace {{vol_src}} with the volume name ( for ex: /dev/xvda/). This will help you to move on the next step.

> Running a clean setup of Apache Metron to deploy a 10 node cluster fails at the Expand Volume Step. Variable name passed to expand-volume.yml is the same name as recieved in check-volume.yml, thus this causes the playbook to return the error:
> recursive loop detected in template string: {{ vol_src }}
