As a result, if you have i18n characters in your WSDL, the Java code that gets generated is incorrect and won't compile. If you change JavaWriter's getPrintWriter() implementation to match that of JavaDeployWriter, the generated java is correct and compilable (assuming you use javac -encoding UTF-8).
