They are syncing the same set over and over again :
on eos : ~henkp/bin/ggrep -l -v chemistry/opencmis/0.4.0/chemistry-opencmis-0.4.0-source-release.zip.asc | grep ftp.nsysu.edu.tw

I removed the site from the list ; ticket closed
