### Describe the issue with documentation
https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/start/docker.html
I followed the above documentation to setup airflow using docker. Even after 15 mins of running , i can't access the webserver. All the containers just move from starting to unhealthy state. Airflow init to exited state.

Not likely related. It is very likely a deployment issue (the other case turned to be a bad plugin code but you seem to have no plugins)
Question: Have you checked all the prerequisites and initialisation steps ? (Especially memory?). They are clearly stated in the instructions. Can you please confirm you run all those and get no warnings (usually the warnings will tell you if you have resource problems)?
Can you paste the output from running the docker commands? Are thet telling that anything is wrong ?
