Password Reset after Expiry
Devs,
This issue was closed without being fixed
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-296 .
Could someone please give a pointer as to why it was closed?
The issue still persists with the new version 17.07.01.

This issue is fixed again and changes are merged with develop branch. It
will be available on next release.

On staging you can't even enable "force-password-reset-days" configuration.
It gives an error: error.msg.password.outdated
Try reproduce the issue on your end.
