Tapestry Wiki lockdown
Hi,
I just noticed the Tapestry Wiki has been locked down (I would say that
is a good thing).
I think there is a need for someone to add a FAQ "How do I invalidate my
session/invalidate my visit/logout" and have it point to the
FrequentlyAskedQuestions/LogoutLink page.
Realistically, this project needs an FAQ maintainer...

The wiki is not locked down, but it does require that you set up a
profile and identify yourself before you can edit pages.
