### Describe the Bug
The library com.alipay.sofa:hessian version 3.3.6 was detected in Maven library manager located at /home/rocketmq/rocketmq-5.3.1/lib/hessian-3.3.6.jar and is vulnerable to CVE-2024-46983, which exists in versions < 3.5.5.
### Steps to Reproduce
Check pom.xml for
<sofa-jraft.version>1.3.14</sofa-jraft.version>
It is using hessian-3.3.6
### What Did You Expect to See?
Upgrade hessian to 3.5.5 or higher
### What Did You See Instead?
