[betwixt] Where to specify the flavour for ObjectStringConverter?

hi,

i wrote my own object<->string strategy and puzzeled over the
"flavour"-parameter in ObjectStringConverter-Methods.

Where can I specify, wich flavor to use, for example if I have SQL- and
default-flavour for timestamps?

I checked the dotbetwixt.dtd, but there is no attribute "flavour", isn't
that where it belongs?

Any hints?
