We need to deprecate the scopes using in admin object such as 
- segment
- goals
- compaigns.

Basically in the Metadata class we should duplicate the scope String with a view String, mark the scope string as deprecated (remove for v3 of Unomi) and provide migration scripts to populate the new view string in existing installations.
