[jira] Resolved: (IVY-466) Make IBiblio resolver compatible with maven proxy

Xavier Hanin resolved IVY-466.
------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: (was: 2.0)
                   2.0.0-beta-2

The IBiblioResolver now uses maven-metadata.xml to list revisions if present. This can be disabled by setting useMavenMetadata="false" on the resolver. I've tested with current version of maven proxy (0.2) and it works properly. I've also added a unit test checking that Ivy trust the maven-metadata.xml and not the filesystem listing.

> Maven proxy (http://maven-proxy.codehaus.org/) is a commonly used proxy for maven repositories, with which the Ivy IBiblio resolver is not compatible for the moment. Indeed, it seems that the AapacheURLLister used by Ivy is not able to list the revisions on the proxy. Using maven metadata files when available should both make this works and improve performance on maven repositories directly.
