Create a *FactoryClass* for the ODataClient in the API module like in Olingo V2 the combination of {{org.apache.olingo.odata2.api.ep.EntityProvider}} and {{org.apache.olingo.odata2.api.rt.RuntimeDelegate}}.

This would allow to only use the {{odata-client-api}} as dependency on compile time.
The required implementation can then be added during {{runtime}} or provided by the environment.
