While upgrading to 4.2 failed due to NullPointerException in following code.

+                if (rsmem_global != null) {
+                    rsmem_global.close();
+                }
+                if (rscpu_global != null) {
+                    rsmem_global.close();

Also, there is failure due to attempt to access empty result set.
