[Bug 7399] You are blocking a customer's email

Apologies, but the SpamAssassin Bugzilla is for tracking bugs in the
SpamAssassin program itself, not for fixing problems with how it is used or
whether or not email is being rejected by a given recipient.

SpamAssassin is a program that analyzes and scores email messages. It is not a
mail filtering service.

Therefore, if you are having problems with your emails being rejected because
of the score that SpamAssassin gives them, you will have to get in touch with
the email administrator of the domain that is rejecting those mails. They
control how SpamAssassin is configured and used at their site. We do not, we
just provide the tools.
