This is a to-do - I'll wait until the API is finalized, but https://developer.github.com/v3/orgs/hooks/ - right now the hooks for pinging builds.a.o on pushes/PRs are per-repo and therefore kind of a pain. The new org-level hooks should make that a lot cleaner.
