MutableByteArrayInputStream is a class implemented in flink-avro. We want to make this @Internal if possible, so we can reduce the surface area of interface that we support. At the moment, it is only used in flink-avro and flink-avro-glue-schema-registry.

As such, we explore if we can remove the use of MutableByteArrayInputStream from flink-avro-glue-schema-registry.
