Traffic Server load balancing support?

Hi,

The admin guide describes that ATS can act as a layer 7 HTTP load balancer.
But I can only find the description of the balancer plugin  which is an
experimental plugin. It lacks health check. Any update about the
improvement of the plugin in the future release planned.
