   Hi @vikrantpuppala would you be able to look into the `StatementTest/1.TestChangingAppRowDescriptorRebindsColumns` test failure? 
   
   The failure was not caught before merge because the **C++ Extra** label was not applied automatically in the PR, so the ODBC tests were not run, which is a separate issue that I can look into as part of https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/54638.
