NamenodeHeartbeatService gets HAServiceStatus using NNHAServiceTarget.getProxy. When we set a special dfs.namenode.lifeline.rpc-address , NamenodeHeartbeatService may get HAServiceStatus using NNHAServiceTarget.getHealthMonitorProxy.
