PlatformTarget interface contains methods that are called from JNI. These methods operate on internal things like memory pointers.

PlatformAbstractTarget creates streams & readers and calls paired protected methods.

We need to separate the part with streams/readers from the part with pointers via an additional interface:

* PlatformTargetProxy will be invoked from JNI
* PlatformTarget will contain only "nice" methods and will be invoked by PlatformTargetProxy implementation
