Stuff getting through

I mean the obvious stuff like "viagra" and such. Usually the spam is caught 
but sporadically it does get through.

What is happening.

There are dozens of possible causes.

What version of SA are you using?

Are the ones that are going through image or PDF based?

Do you have an X-Spam-Status header from one of the messages?
