   @sklassen Nicely done. I'm going to merge for now. Any additional changes can go in a new PR.
   
   Do you think this is now ready for rebuilding and pushing under `couchdb` in the snap store, or do you want to move forward with investigating package installs instead? We can keep both snapfiles, but only publish into the store builds from the package one if that works, for instance.
