   The `BookKeeper Internals` link results in a `Not Found` web page.
   
   ***To Reproduce***
   
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   1. Go to https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/blob/master/README.md#contributors
   2. Click on `BookKeeper Internals` (or [this](https://bookkeeper.apache.org/docs/master/bookkeeperInternals.html))
   3. See the `Not Found`
   
   ***Expected behavior***
   
   I'd expect the link to send me to a page describing the internals, or at least a page on how to contribute.
