Move Holder code from JAXWSMethodInvoker to interceptors
--------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CXF-179
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-179
             Project: CXF
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Dan Diephouse
             Fix For: 2.0-M2

The holder code should become part of the JAX-WS interceptors, so we can use other invokers and still have Holders work.
