X-Forwarded-For tomcat support

This patch adds support for X-Forwarded-For (configurable) http request header
if Tomcat is running behind Apache or any other http reverse proxy.

Documentation is included in standard tomcat docs.

This functionality has already been added to trunk and 6.0.x
