Chinese translation

Hi Leo,

I'm creating an RPM spec file so that Apache Pivot can be included
downstream in standard Linux distributions.  If you have a minute, can you
please translate the description and summary into Chinese for me?  I put two
"TODO LEO" comments in the file as placeholders at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/pivot/infra/rpm/pivot.spec
